Hello Kitty Cake ( Hershey's Chocolate Ganache)

After a month's off work for my wedding planning, PFM is back to work! Although i've been working on something new during that month's off!

Anyways, below is a little 5 inch 2D Hello Kitty Hershey's Chocolate Ganache cake I made for a Hello Kitty Lover Birthday!

This Dark Chocolate cake is filled with Semi Sweet Hershey's chocolate ganache , covered with fondant and decorated with a Hello Kitty fondant and "Rocky Sticks" whiskers for a more dramatic look.
