FaceCake

I was deciding what to bake to surprise my good friend on he's birthday. So I thought, ok, I am going to make a cartoon version of him! and I did!!

The cake below is approx 6 by 4 inch in size. Perfect for 2 -4 person. This Vanilla cake is filled with milk chocolate ganache and buttercream. 

I guess nothing is impossible with a little creativity !!

Amy & Tim's Wedding Cake

On the 30th November, I was given this wonderful opportunity by Amy and Tim  to create their 5 tier Wedding cupcakes and cake. Again, Congrats Amy and Tim !!! 

This wedding cake / cupcake tier is approx 26inch in height and consist of 4 layers of cupcake ( totaling up to approx 150 pcs of mini cupcakes) and topped with a round 7inch x 5inch round Vanilla Cake. 

The Vanilla Cake is then decorated by Origami Flowers made by Tim himself.

Two Tier Birthday Cake with spring star

This 7inch ( bottom) and 5inch (top) Banana cake was made for a 20th birthday girl.

Black Flower & Butterflies

 Moving on, this 7 inch hand painted cake and later on topped with a high heel shoe made of fondant which i didn't manage to snap a pic of it.

Minion Cake

Just as I thought the Minion craze is gone. I received a phone call requesting to make this 7 inch cake banana cake for a birthday.

 Preggie Tummy Cake

This Preggie chocolate cake was made for a mommy-to-be's Birthday. Ideal for baby showers.

Ballerina Cupcakes ( Yellow and Pink Theme)

This Vanilla / Chocolate cupcakes was a surprise birthday for a young ballerina from her mom and friends. I hope she likes it!

Golf Tournament Cupcakes 

These Golf inspired cupcakes are made to be given out during a tournament registration.

Hello Kitty Cake ( Hershey's Chocolate Ganache)

After a month's off work for my wedding planning, PFM is back to work! Although i've been working on something new during that month's off!

Anyways, below is a little 5 inch 2D Hello Kitty Hershey's Chocolate Ganache cake I made for a Hello Kitty Lover Birthday!

This Dark Chocolate cake is filled with Semi Sweet Hershey's chocolate ganache , covered with fondant and decorated with a Hello Kitty fondant and "Rocky Sticks" whiskers for a more dramatic look.

Fondant covered Cake

We're welcoming the month of September without realizing it. Time really flies.

This post will be on some cakes I've done last month.

This is a banana cake layered with butter cream and choc chips. Decorated by 2 fondant Ketupats.

Next, this cake is for a special boy turning 4 years old. This 2D Milo cake is layered by condensed milk icing and covered with fondant icing.

In Loving Memory

100 days has passed, but it felt longer than just 100 days. Not even a day passed without you in my thoughts. The little arguments we had and naggings that I often ignored become things i missed the most.  

I remember telling You my plans of having one dance with you on my wedding day, it still make me cry when u replied " im sorry, i don't think i am able to hold on till that day " and i selfishly said" i don care u have to or ill be mad !! "

Ive missed u. I wanna tell u all my complaints all my achievements all my plans....over a teh tarik like we use to everyday. 

I wud give anything for just that one teh tarik moment with you again.

How did PFM started? Encouragements, Challenge and Supports from both my parents, my fiance and my late uncle. Today, will be the 100th day my uncle left us, and I wanted to do something for him, so i decided to make a batch of "In Loving Memory” cookies as a door gift.

I also made a dozen of Banana Cupcakes topped with dark chocolate buttercream and some Chocolate coated Marshmallows. 

If you're wondering on the size of this particular cookie, below are the details.

• 8.5 cm in diameter
• 50g ( before bake)
• min pieces per order - 30 pcs

Spongebob Cupcakes

SPONGEBOB!!! One of my favourite cartoon characters! ( i know im bit too old for this..=.=''') but this is also one of my favourite or "wish list" to get a spongebob order! not forgetting Elmo too!!!

Winnie the Pooh Cake with Cupcakes

Finally, I manage to find time to sit and post up my recent work on a little boy's 1st Birthday. 

This cake is a 9inch round cake and 5 1/2 inch in height. Total height was approximately 8inch and surrounded by 18 medium cupcakes in order to make it look "bigger".
