Cartoon Cookies

This week, i had a lady who ordered this ( below) to give to a few kids. Previously, i have also done a batch of cookies for a 1st Birthday Boy.
Minion Cookies are also another kid's AND adult's favorite :)

Weight

All cookies are weight before baking, and they weigh approx. 35g and spread to 7cm across and 1cm in thickness – so it’s a huge cookie and value for money!

Taste and texture

It’s crunchy on the edge and slightly soft in the middle – just in case you’re wondering.  And oh, it’s a Sugar Cookie! Om nom nom nom…!!
